1. We provide 4 Budget based Tour Packages and 3 types of Membership plan of Tour Package.
2. In case of 3 person or more than 4 persons Tour group, triple or 4 occupancy room will be provided automatically in all type of Tour packages unless special request mentioned by the tourist.
3. Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due higher aspiration of Tour comfort or services or an increase in the number of guests.
4. The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travelers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
5. Tourpackag.com reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e weather condition, political condition or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
6. Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package.
7. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.

13. Tour package includes Deluxe rooms in 3 star, 4 star and 5 star Hotels. If any tourist want superior quality room or Suite room then it would incur additional charge on total cost of Tour Package which would be payable by Tourist.
14. The package is valued at the best price in the market and the rates shown are on a per-person-basis when you are travelling in a group of 2. 15. If in case any traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Tourpackag.com will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.

• Confirmation Policy-

1. The customer would receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
2. In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

 

• Payment terms & Policy-

1. 100 % of total tour cost will have to be paid at the time of booking.
2. However Tourpackag.com will consider 50% advance payment at the time of booking and rest amount should be paid 3 days before the date of travel.

 

• Cancellation Policy-

1. If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
2. If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
3. If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

 

• Refund Policy-

1. Refunds in the Tourpackag.com wallet or Tourist user-id account will be transferred within 3 business days.
2. Tourist can reuse the refund amount for next Tour packages.
3. Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.
